As you read agent websites, you'll see that there are some similarities in self-promotion. How many can be #1? How much hype is true?

There are also lots of similarities in marketing plans. Generally, everyone promises to advertise in the local paper, in homes magazines, put your home in the MLS, place a sign in your yard, a lock box on the house and, perhaps even hold an open house and maybe, a Broker's open. So far, nothing terribly unusual, right?

What makes me different? For starters, look around you! You're here... so I'm betting you already know that:

  • Not every REALTOR® really understands how to communicate effectively with today's information-age buyers and sellers;
  • Not every REALTOR® even has a website with  excellent exposure, and most that do only have those boring cookie-cutter or company sites with generic content;
  • Not every REALTOR® will use a multi-media approach to marketing your home.
  • Not every REALTOR® has learned to empower you, the client, using the power of the internet.
  • Not every REALTOR® realizes that selling your home isn't about ME - it's about your goals, your dreams and your needs.
  • Not every REALTOR® will consult with you to determine just what you best options might be and then help you achieve your goals.

       I do and I will offer you options

Full service will provide the "normal" traditional exposure in print media but it will also be available to buyers 24/7 on multiple websites, allowing people just like you to research privately and then make contact when they see something they like.

Taking a consultative approach, however, provides you with options when full service just isn't what you want or need.
